Businesses promote their candidate screening AI as fair and unbiased, yet at the same time, they discourage applicants from using AI tools like ChatGPT to improve their resumes. The hiring process has become increasingly difficult for job seekers.

JobQuest was created to level the playing field. After reviewing numerous resumes and analyzing how recruiters and AI systems evaluate candidates, the idea for an AI-powered resume copilot emerged. 

The first prototype came to life in July 2023, offering job seekers a way to understand and navigate corporate AI screening systems.

We develop tools that simplify resume writing and help job seekers apply to the right opportunities with confidence. 

Our AI assists in building strong resumes, optimizing them for both automated screening and human review, making the job search smoother and less overwhelming.

Integrity is at the core of what we do. Unlike many online resume builders, we refuse to engage in predatory or deceptive sales tactics. 

We never charge for resume downloads, nor do we restrict access to features labeled as free.
